Warm-up: 9:45AM (for 8 minutes)
Start Line Up: 9:53AM

Join us for a very special event on June 14! Albany College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences will host the RMHC 5K Family Fun Day, celebrating 43 years of The House That Love Built.
The 5K will begin at the ACPHS track & field facility. The race is open to all ages and abilities. Individual registration is available for adults (18+) and children (age 17 and under). We also offer a family registration discount, and encourage families to participate together. Feel free to run or walk at your own pace.
Following the race, all participants will be invited to a Family Fun Day! This celebration will feature delicious food and sweet treats for purchase, lots of FREE family-friendly activities, music, raffles and more!
Vendors & Activities
Seasons Catering, Kona Ice Slushie, Cruet Wood Fire Pizza, face painters, balloon art, bounce houses, raffles and music provided by Albany Broadcasting, with more to come!
