We hope you will join us in Celebrating 30 Years of Love.  Throughout 2012,Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region will proudly celebrate 30 years of service to seriously-ill children and their families.  Since our inception in 1982, we have served over 17,000 families from our region, across the country and around the world.  

Please plan to join us on Saturday, September 15th for a fabulous Homecoming Gala at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY.  In this unique setting, 500+ of our closest friends will enjoy a wonderful evening as we celebrate 30 years of caring friends and families and the cherished children we have lovingly supported.  Whether you live near or far, it is our hope that you will Come Home to the House that Love Built and be part of a remarkable milestone in our history as we announce our plans for our much needed 3^rd Ronald McDonald House when we build upon our success with a vital expansion project we have titled “More Room for Love”.

100% of proceeds from our Homecoming Gala will help fund our initiative to renovate the property at 141 South Lake Avenue (adjacent to our Ronald McDonald House) in order to add an additional 9 bedrooms to our Ronald McDonald House program.  With an unprecedented waiting list, it is so very important that we complete this expansion as soon as possible.  With early estimates for the project totaling $2,000,000, we are doing all we can to raise the necessary funds as quickly and efficiently as possible to fulfill our dream - a dream that we all share - to never again turn away another family.
